I’ve lived in Beaufort for thirty-four years. I grew up in the Philadelphia area. I went to Roanoke College in VA for my undergrad and University of Kansas for my graduate degree. I taught school in the USVI where I also worked charter boats and earned a 50 ton Captains license.

 

Throughout my 18 years as an educator, I taught school in an inner city school in Kansas City and then taught here in Beaufort.

 

I have been married to the love of my life for 37 years and have two grown children and a pup who is still at home.

 

I am a serial entrepreneur, having started and sold two successful companies.

 

I have a background in construction, love the water, am an avid cyclist, and collect and work on classic cars.
